Reading Assignment:

Chapter 10 – The Late Middle Ages

Assignment Details:

Choose three paintings by different artists pictured in your text. Identify the artist, title, and, if possible, the medium used to paint it. Compare and contrast the elements of the three paintings. Especially comment upon the role each painting took in the transition of art from the Middle Ages into the Renaissance.
